traditional stone built cottage within it's own garden
on Loch Tuath, overlooking Ulva and Gometra with views
down to Ben More and out to the Treshnish Isles and Iona
There are several prehistoric remains
nearby notably Dun Aisgain a Bronze age Broch. There are
also the remains of illicit stills and the ruins of the
black houses from the old settlement of Burg.
The cottage is close to the sandy beaches
of Calgary & Kilninnian and the surrounding countryside
is ideal for walking and rich in wildlife

Accommodation
comprises of:-
Entrance porch with coat hanging
facilities.
An open plan sitting room/dining area with a multi fuel
stove;
Well equipped kitchen with an oil fired Rayburn which
heats all the water in addition to providing cooking
facilities, microwave oven, fridge with freezer
compartment and spin drier;
2 twin bedrooms; (the sofa in the sitting room converts
to a double bed if required)
Bathroom with an electric shaver point.
Linen is not provided. Duvets are provided for all the
beds and sofa bed along with plenty of blankets and
pillows.

2 weeks £675.00
3 weeks £990.00
Rent includes all oil and
electricity. Deposit of £100 is required at the time of
booking this is deductible from the rent with the
balance due 3 weeks prior to your holiday. The deposit
is not refundable on cancellation.
Bookings run from Saturdays. Entry is usually after
2pm and the cottage must be vacated by 10am in order
that the cottage may be checked between visits.
All bookings to be confirmed in
